Salmon fish in white wine- from Romanian cuisine









First of all we let the fish for few hours in a “bath” of aromatic herbs (basil, herbs of Provence), oil and white wine and everything placed into the fridge for couple of hours.

Second, warm up the oven 180 degrees and place the fish into a baking dish ( before placing the fish into the oven, add rolls of tomatoes above each slice of fish) and let it there for about 30 mins.

At the end, add some fresh parsley above the fish for decoration.

 The result is wonderful and the dish is very tasty!!
